Thank you for visiting the ShopMylarBags Shipping Policy page. We are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery for all orders of custom Mylar bags and pouches.
1. Production & Turnaround Time
ShopMylarBags offers multiple production turnaround options depending on the product type, customization level, and quantity.
- Production time begins only after your final design approval.
- Once approved, standard production typically takes 8–10 business days before shipment.
- Estimated delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Duration.
- Turnaround time and billing remain fixed once your order has been finalized.
2. Shipping Coverage
We offer free shipping across the United States and Canada. For orders outside these regions, minimal international shipping charges may apply.
3. Shipping Duration & Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you detailed tracking information, including a Tracking ID, via email. Standard shipping time is 8–10 business days after final design approval.
Please note:
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Group or bulk shipments may require one additional business day.
- Occasional delays may occur due to carrier or customs processes.
4. Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, ShopMylarBags is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers or courier service issues.
- Weather disruptions, natural events, or political conditions.
- Customs inspections or government regulations beyond our control.
5. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before order confirmation.
- If the provided address is incorrect and the package has not yet shipped, we’ll coordinate with the carrier to reroute it.
- If the package has already been delivered to the incorrect address, any re-shipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If a shipment goes unclaimed or no one is available to receive it, the customer is responsible for storage or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
6. Important Notes
- Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.
- For urgent or time-sensitive orders, please contact our support team before placing your order.
