At ShopMylarBags, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure every order meets your expectations.
Because each product is custom-made, our policies are designed to protect both our clients and production integrity.
1. Refund Policy
All of our Mylar bags and pouches are custom-manufactured, so refunds are limited to specific cases:
- Before Production:
If you wish to cancel before design approval and production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding processing or transaction fees.
- After Production Starts:
Once production has started, materials and resources are allocated specifically to your order — therefore, full refunds are not available.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive defective, misprinted, or incorrect products, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
- Upon review, we may offer a reprint or partial refund, depending on the case.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Color or size variations within acceptable print tolerance.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or uncontrollable factors.
- Errors present in customer-approved proofs or artwork files.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet started.
- Once your design proof is approved and production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
- If canceled before production, a 5% processing fee may be deducted from the refund to cover administrative costs.
3. Reprint Policy
If your order is eligible for reprint (due to a verified ShopMylarBags error), we will reprint and ship your replacement order free of charge. Reprints are processed within the same production timeline as your original order.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation?
To initiate a claim, contact our support team at: email: sales@shopmylarbags.com. Include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our quality assurance team will respond within 2–3 business days.
